To Stop Smoking and Nail Biting

Smoking and nail biting are usually very quick to treat. Both of these problems  require a one hour session with a half hour back-up if required.  Shelley uses Valerie Austin’s Harley Street Stop Smoking in One Hour technique, which has an extremely high success rate. 

As smoking and nail biting are normally habit based and very rarely trauma related, it is usually unnecessary to take the client into regression and therefore less sessions are needed.   On very rare occassions a client will need regression for these problems.

N.B: Please ensure you are ready to stop smoking before making your appointment as you won't do anything you don't want to do while hypnotised.
